Short Rib Soup

I wish I lived near a Chinese grocery store so that I can buy stuff like pork belly and pork spareribs for super cheap. This recipe reminds me of my childhood. Just boil some pork ribs (add minced garlic) in water or broth for 1+ hours, then add salt and sliced bok choi. Add some green onions and voila. Simple weekday dinner with rice. I don't think that this is something I could ever grow tired of.
